I really appreciated how close the hotel was to a few local dining options like Cowaburger just a short walk away and being less than 2 km from the beautiful Acme Art Factory made for easy weekend strolls around the area. this place was perfect after long days of walking and exploring, especially knowing a reliable coffee source was always there each morning.

Where it excels and where it fails

The staff was incredibly helpful, even managing room arrangements for my elderly father, showing genuine concern for his well-being during our stay.

Unfortunately, during our stay, we encountered a noisy atmosphere that made resting quite difficult.

The renovated room had clean, comfortable beds, and a powerful shower made my stay enjoyable.

The couch in the room was stained, ice machine setup made no sense, only one garbage can present, and remnants of sticky labels on room doors!!! Time for some serious attention to details!!!

The king studio suite was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. Coffee was pretty good in the morning, and breakfast options were decent. Staff are in the process of updating the facilities. 😊

We had a pleasant stay with our elderly parents. The staff was attentive, checking in on my father throughout our week there, and we appreciated having adjoining rooms. We enjoyed a mini trip to a local amphitheater, catching some delightful live comedies.

My children wished for better facilities for them to play outside.

I had a King Room, Non-Smoking for 6 nights. The king-sized bed was super comfy and firm, which I really liked. The room was decent overall, and the coffee was great at breakfast. The fitness center was a nice touch as well. No major complaints, just a solid stay.
